Helping Moms Simplify Health and Glorify God

“I see you, Mama—the one who pours into everyone else and leaves nothing for herself. But your health matters to God because He made you to serve Him and your family with strength and joy. It’s time to stop putting yourself last and start living the life He has planned for you.”
Ingrid Elizabeth Fincher
Meet the Heart Behind Healthy Holy Momlife
Healthy Holy Momlife was created to empower moms to prioritize their health, grow in their faith, and care for their families—all while glorifying God. As a homeschooling mom of nine and a former Family Nurse Practitioner, I know firsthand the struggles moms face: the busy schedules, the endless to-do lists, and the constant feeling of putting yourself last.
That’s why Healthy Holy Momlife exists. Our mission is to provide Christ-centered resources, affordable tools, and practical guidance to help busy moms live healthier, holier lives. Whether it’s through Bible reading plans, customizable fitness programs, or a supportive community, we’re here to simplify health and wellness without guilt or overwhelm.
Here, you’ll find a space to grow spiritually, strengthen your body, and refocus your heart on the life God has called you to live.
Everything I create is grounded in God’s Word, helping moms prioritize their spiritual growth alongside their health. Faith is at the center of everything we do.
FAITH
As a homeschooling mom of nine, I understand the challenges of balancing health, faith, and family. Healthy Holy Momlife is designed to help you thrive in all three areas.
FAMILY
Health and wellness shouldn’t feel overwhelming. I provide practical, faith-filled tools that make it easy for busy moms to focus on what matters most.
